Workplace conflict can and does occur. Mediation can make for far more productive workplaces. We mediate conflict between employees and/or management. Mediation can also assist in enterprise or individual agreement making between employer and employees or with Unions.

Interpretations on contract clauses and breaches do occur. From the complex multi party agreements to the one dimensional, mediation can help to resolve disputes and allow the parties to come to a mutual understanding.

Mediation plays an important role in resolving disputes involving wills and estates and family relationships. We assist parties resolve disputes without expensive and emotionally charged legal action.

Disputes that arise between builder and client, landlord and tenant or with an agent can benefit from mediation in the absence of referring the matter to a regulatory tribunal and having a decision imposed on the parties.

We have deep experience in mediating disputes in both the commericial and residential construction industry.

We do NOT mediate on parenting disputes involving children.

We do however offer mediation in relationships to play a part to bring  parties together to communicate, gain greater understanding and work to resolve and agree on family financial issues avoiding lengthy, anxious and costly legal processes.

FULL DAY Flat rate: $2900 plus GST per 7 hour day mediation rate for two-party mediation

HALF DAY Flat rate: $1500 plus GST for up to 3.5 hour mediation for two-party mediation

Costs include travel within the Sydney metro area and all premediation activity.
